Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Daily Things, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. As a dropshipping business, we follow a strict return policy to ensure fairness for both customers and our operations.


🔁 Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is raised within 48 HOURS of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video is provided as proof (mandatory)

🚫 Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or dislike after delivery

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Minor color/size variation due to lighting or screen differences

  • Delay in delivery

  • Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery

  • No unboxing video proof


🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule

To claim any damage or defect:

  • Customer must record a full unboxing video

  • Video should clearly show:

    • Package opening

    • Product condition

⚠️ Without this proof, no return or refund will be processed


📦 Return Process

  1. Email us at thedailyvibes8@gmail.com within 48 hours

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Issue details

    • Unboxing video + images

  3. Once approved, pickup will be arranged (if applicable)


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection by our supplier

  • Refund method:

    • Prepaid orders → Original payment method

    • COD orders → Store credit or bank transfer (at our discretion)

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval


🚚 Shipping & Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping or reverse logistics charges may be deducted

  • In case of fake/invalid return claims, return will be rejected


❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 HOURS of placing the order only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed


🚫 Refused / RTO Orders (IMPORTANT)

  • If a customer refuses delivery or is unavailable:

    • The order is marked as Return to Origin (RTO)

    • We reserve the right to block future orders

    • COD orders may be restricted for such customers


⚖️ Policy Abuse

We reserve full rights to:

  • Reject returns if fraud or misuse is suspected

  • Cancel orders from high-risk customers

  • Limit COD availability
